Due to the flexible nature of Occupational Synergy, we provide health, fitness and wellbeing solutions for the workplace whatever your level of resources. We understand budgetary constraints and space restrictions.
Working with you, many options are available. For some, an extensively equipped in-house fitness facility is the optimal solution. This may be fully financed by the client whilst Occupational Synergy are contracted to operate the facility.
Equally, employees and employers can benefit from a stand alone facility, for example within a business park, that caters for employees of more than one company.
Other services include educational seminars, workshops, health fairs, personal training, and group exercise classes delivered at the workplace.
With all solutions, a flexible approach to financing is provided. The package may be funded entirely by the client, may be subsidised by the client or paid for by the employee.
